What is the problem you're trying to solve?

Women do not know Wikipedia is a safe place.

What is your solution?

Since women do not know Wikipedia is a safe place, I propose to show women that do not attend; that women attend and it is a safe place. If women see evidence that women attend, it will destroy the negative stereotypes and show that women can feel safe to attend.
