Granted, the Wiki Media Foundation is not a government entity, but it does oversee one of the largest non-profit, informational websites on the Internet. The Title IX legislation enacted as part of the United States Education Amendments of 1972 have provided the means for women to advance.

What is the problem you're trying to solve?[edit]

By implementing Title IX style policy, create a more inviting project for female participants.

What is your solution?[edit]

Create policy for Wikipedia that is analogous to the Title IX guidelines.
