What is the problem you're trying to solve?[edit]
This is to solve the low participation of women in the world of the wiki. But a problem I think is a bad habit forced by custom. To this day thousands of women who are free not poseedoreas the same rights as men are created. One of the main causes in some of the countries in development stages, and by some developed, the basics of the problem is the custom; the custom of many decades during the cueales man has tried to shape the bottom, subjugating the female figure in the image of culturally forced servitude, or genre reasons. This is to encourage the female gender to walk alongside male. This is not to benefit the "weaker" gender if not encourage him to walk at the same height or level.
In some parts of the world the rights of the feminine becomes masculine detriment. We do not seek that. seek balance, equality, Although should not say, there will never be equal in pure terms. She will always be best at everything. Although force men strive to deny it.
What is your solution?[edit]
The simplest solution in this case, talking about equality. Would consist from a philosophical point of view and based on a true and perfect concept. The start recognizing from both genders, in reality there is no gap; that there is no gap of inequality in terms of the capabilities of both genders. Failure to observe the different capacities of different genres, (male and female) as something facing each other, would help much in this task. You can not understand these gender differences as factors that face, but as factors that complement each other. If we fail to see that gap if sensing the diferncia by the other we viewed the other way, maybe that gap would disappear.
To this day the most equitable in terms of equality be such concerns, and which groups both genders, is the fact die. Here there is no inequality or divide.
The solution is to stop believing that there is a gap, but observe that gap. not looking, not believing that there is that gap. ceases to be.
