Stories about sharing

[edit]

Interesting stories about applying the skills I want to share.

Volunteer management - Maximizing the potentials of a volunteer from my point of view is tied to asking questions in relations to their strengths and therefore setting the volunteer up for responsibility.

Leadership growth and sustainability - This skill can be attained by exposures to experienced personalities. I remember joining my church's media team and in no time, my one day learning from an experienced personality was put to test the very next service.

Proposal writing for Grants: Components of a written proposal is Introduction, Background, Objectives, Methods, Budget.
