Research skills, designing and developing educational programs and setting up templates for Wikimedia projects. I want to learn a skill that will guide me in research especiallyasxa leader of a group. I want to be fully involved in Wikipedia in the classroom and the skills i Gain in designing and developing educational programs will push me far.

Effective training for newcomers:I am well skilled in improving user experience have introduced Wikipedia to many volunteers who have come to stay.

Implementing common tactics in the area of culture:i have facilitated many projects on making culture visible and this involves uploading photos that has historical and ofarcheological significance to commons.

Volunteer management and development, these has been my part of volunteerism bringing newcomers and guiding them.
