1. Wikimedia Tools - I would like to got to know the tools and learn how to use them to develop my chapter's capacity 2. Volunteer management - I would like to see good practices within the Movement 3. Communications strategy - I would like to source from the experiences of other chapters and learn how to translate what we do into relatable language for wider community and society

1. Building plan & strategy - our team has sucessfully created a 3 years Strategy and managed to align it it with wider local community goals 2. Leadreship growth - I have changed my chapter's organizational structure in order to empower employees 3. Small editing campaigns - we have established a well organised model of colaboration with the community when organising such events.
