Stories about sharing[edit]

Interesting stories about applying the skills I want to share.

Volunteer management and development: I am happy to share good practices on volunteer management that we have developed at Wikimedia Polska (monitoring involvement, managing information about volunteer skills and more).

Program/project implementation: I am happy to share my knowledge in the field of project management. I will tell you what simple methods you can use, what tools will help you implement your project. I will show you programs that facilitate task management and team collaboration (e.g. Asana).

Small editing events, campaigns and contests. I can show you how we motivate the Polish-language Wikipedia community through competitions and editing campaigns. I will tell you about non-standard methods of motivation (e.g. in the form of cascading awards or awards supporting educational institutions). I will show you how we improved the organization of editing competitions and how we involve volunteers in them.
