Day Zero, October 5[edit]

6:30 pm - 7:45 pm Bring your own tea
Structured introductions where we share bittersweet memories of being associated with the open knowledge movement over a cup of your favourite tea. Participants are encouraged to bring along their own flavour of tea to brew and share.

7:45 pm - 10:00 pm Dinner
This is also a time and space for free-wheeling discussions and making a note of who is not in the room but should be.

Day 1, October 6[edit]

8:30 am Breakfast

9:30 am -11 am The ideal yearly plan
Presenters: Tanveer and Manasa
The participants are introduced to yearly planning.

11:10 am -11:40 am How to make events inclusive
Panel: Sneha P. P. and Medhavi with inputs from the core team (Rohini)

11:40 am - 1:10 pm Discussion and group activity
Extension to "The ideal yearly plan" session. Participants will work in groups to draft a six-month plan.

1:10 pm - 3:30 pm Lunch
The participants will be given a reading list. They need to complete it during the lunch break.

3:30 pm - 4:15 pm Power and privilege
The reading list will be used to drive conversations around power and privilege in this session. Moderated by Amrita Anand.

4:15 pm - 4:30 pm - Tea break

4:30 pm - 7 pm Conversations by the beach
Tanveer and Chinmayi speak about leveraging alternate spaces and the importance of space in the design of an event. Facilitator: Shobha

7:30 pm Dinner+Conversations
Participants can also showcase future initiatives in which they want to engage the group.

Day 2, October 7[edit]

8 am - 9:30 am Let's talk metrics
Chinmayi helps explore how metrics work on Wikipedia and the role of metrics while writing a proposal for a grant.

9:30 am - 10 am Break

10 am - 11:30 am Part 2: Power and privilege

11:30 am - 1:30 pm Break

1:30 pm - 2:30 pm Group time

2:30 pm - 4 pm Identifying bias in mass movements
Rohini and Amrita will elucidate on the role of social bias, institutional bias, and disciplinary bias while undertaking projects related to gender gap and other issues of under-representation on Wikimedia projects and avenues of social action.

4 pm - 5 pm Time for reading and reflecting

5:15 pm - 6:30 pm Free time by the beach

6:45 pm - 9 pm Dinner+Structured conversations
Questions: Are we inclusive? What stops us from being inclusive? In the multiple communities that you are a part of, what will you do to become more inclusive?
