- 24. Movement Charter: Our main goal will be to introduce the Wikipedia Libya community to the movement and its current trends and encourage them to give feedback.

- We aim to implement this project between April 10, 2024 - April 22, 2024 and have our financial reports ready 10 days after.

We aim to begin this project on the specified dates. The timelines for this project are detailed above, but we will specifically carry out these activities;
- Online awareness and Outreach: the Libyan community is an emerging one. We believe it is important to inform new communities about the Movement Strategy and the efforts made for the future governance process in the Movement Charter. We will start by sharing the translated versions and the Arabic content on the movement charter. We will ask questions and provoke discussions to ease the in-person process.
We will advocate the community members to join Movement Charter consultations, communications and engagements that are happening in the region
- 4 hours in-person meeting: Our community members will be connected to the movement through in-person meetings. This will encourage our transparency. We will prepare a survey. We will have 1.5 hours to share the movement charter updates, and spend the remaining time to discuss and fill out the feedback survey.
- Report writing to share Libyan community feedback on Meta and Diff: We will draft an informative feedback from an emerging community perspective to support the MCDC drafting efforts.
- Where will your project activities be happening?
- In-person (offline): Our community members are available to meet in-person. People engage better this way, this will be a formal community meeting because members get more committed this way, so we will be renting space to hold these conversations, and will provide attendees with refreshments.
- Are you collaborating with other communities or affiliates on this project? Please provide details of how partners intend to work together to achieve the project goal.
- Coordinator: I will be the coordinator and responsible for the major activities of the project, including receiving the grants funds, writing the grants report, and coordinating between the other collaborators.
- Outreach and awareness: NANöR will lead this since. She engaged in the movement strategy process since its global conversations, and founded the Arabic Window to MS initiative to advocate for the movement strategy and its charter.
- What specific challenge will your project be aiming to solve? And what opportunities do you plan to take advantage of to solve the problem?
- The specific challenge that our project aims to achieve is the definition, accessibility, and understanding of the charter chapter within the Libyan community, and we plan to hold discussions with the community to ensure clarity and familiarity with the content of the charter and to analyze the feedback received from them to gain valuable insights.
- Emerging communities usually take time to start on governance issues. We want our community to be more related to the movement and its current trends.

- We will use different communication channels to keep communities informed of the project’s progress and results. We will post updates on email and Facebook, and we will utilize WhatsApp groups to interact with the community and answer any questions they may have about the project. To ensure comprehensive dissemination of information, we will also send out invitations to interested members of the community to keep them involved and updated throughout the project life cycle
- Who will be responsible for delivering on this project and what are their roles and responsibilities?
- I will be the coordinator for this project. I will write the session content, and coordinate the in-person meeting logistics. I will co-facilitate the meeting too.
- NANöR: will be responsible for outreach and advocacy. She will co-facilitate the meeting with me and share her knowledge with the community online.

Outcomes

The report can be prepared in your language, and is not required to be written in English.

Your draft implementation plan document should address the following questions clearly:

- What do you expect will happen as a result of your activities? How do those outcomes address the movement strategy initiative?
- How will you measure or evaluate your activities? What tools or methods will you use to evaluate your activities?
