Goals[edit]
Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?
Yes, we worked very well 3 days together. We created new articles that we wanted and we improved the main article about Fortezza delle Verrucole. We amost meet our goals but I wrote targets for 20 people and we was only 11 people for budget reduction. The participants are still editing on Fortezza delle Verrucole. The improves there will are in coming days. With excursions we have a lot of pictures uploaded on Commons we no expected. We are happy about this event and We will create similar events in future in Tuscany. The municipality helped us and I think we work together for others wikimedia events in San Romano Garfagnana.

- What worked well?
The group worked very well. The location of the event is nice and the wifi was everytime ok so we could edit with no problem.
- What did not work so well?
I thought i'd receive the funds from WMI early. Otherwise just 15 days before the event I received the confirm. So I had to make many tasks very fast.
- What would you do differently next time?
The next time I ask early for a grant.
