Goals[edit]

Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went? Yes, most of the goals were met and I am truly happy with how the project went. The used visuals were spectacular and well contextualized.

Outcome[edit]

Please report on your original project targets. Please be sure to review and provide metrics required for Rapid Grants.

Target outcome Achieved outcome Explanation
To write about 100 women only 74 women were written about No enough resources or references
To train about 100 volunteers 95 attended the training sessions and about 65 only attended the editathon Due to Shaheen cyclon some of the volunteers couldn't continue with us as they didn't have wifi for at least 2 weeks

Learning[edit]

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well? Conducting the training sessions online was convenient for most of the volunteers, also creating the initial articles outside Wikipedia in order to review them first.
  • What did not work so well? Gathering and sharing resources/ references online with the volunteers
  • What would you do differently next time? I would conduct the training sessions and the editathon on the same day
