Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?
en: Yes, the goals have been met. We have retained the participants we attracted earlier. Also, we have attracted 10 new participants. At the meetup activities, we shared our experience, and learned to create and edit articles.
ru: Поставленные цели достигнуты. Мы удержали участников, привличенных ранее. А также нашли 10 новых участников. На мероприятиях мы обменивались опытом, учились создавать и редактировать статьи.

We have participated in a total of 16 meetigs, including 10 meetings have we have organized and held, and 6 joint meetings and activities. We have held 11 meetups in Bashkortostan, including 5 in Ufa, 3 in Sibay, 2 in Neftekamsk, and 1 in the Burzyansky District. Outside Bashkortostan, we have participated in 5 meeting activities.

Learning[edit]
Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well?
- en: A stable group has formed of senior/retired women who are active contributors. Lovingly, we dubbed them 'Wiki-Babushkas'. We see opportunities to form groups of contributors into Wiki-clubs in the following locations across Bashkortostan: Burzyansky and Ufimsky districts, and the cities of Beloretsk, NEftekamsk, Sibay, and Ufa. Apart from organizing meetups in Bashkortostan, we had a chance to attend meetings/activities in Izhevsk, Saint-Petersburg, Tyumen, Yekaterinburg, and talk to our colleagues from other regions of Russia.
- ru:Сформировалась устойчивая группа волонтеров-женщин пенсионного возраста. Мы с любовью назвали их вики-бабушки. Есть предпосылки формирования групп участников в вики-клубы в отдельных городах и районах Республики Башкортостан: Бурзянском И Уфимском районах, в городах Белорецк, Нефтекамск, Сибай, Уфа. Кроме организации встреч в Республике Башкортостан нам удалось побывать в Ижевске, Санкт-Петербурге, Тюмени, Екатеринбурге и пообщаться с коллегами других регионов России.
- What did not work so well?
- en: 1) Many participants do not have their personal laptops or mobile devices, so they had to share laptops in groups of two of three. 2) There are no available Bashkir-language programs or guidelines for training newcomers - this creates certain difficulties during meetups.
- ru: 1) У многих участников нет ноутбуков или мобильных устройств, поэтому приходилось работать по два-три человека за одним ноутбуком. 2) Отсутствие программы и методики обучения новых участников на башкирском языке затрудняет проведение меропритий.
- What would you do differently next time?
- en: We had planned too many activities for a short period of time. This year, we will plan less activities.

A total of 111946.62 RUB was received after conversion. Conversion was done on three occasions: 293 USD → 18579.13 RUB on 21 Sep, 500 USD → 31055.00 RUB on 29 Sep, 1000.04 USD → 62312.49 RUB on 2 Oct. All conversions were done according to Sberbank's exchange rates.

Anything else you want to share about your project? Our experience shows that we need to develope a short and full-length course for training newcomers to work in Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects. Also, we need to look for sponsors to help volunteers to purchase laptops. / Исходя из полученного опыта, нам необходимо разработать краткий и полный курс обучения новичков навыкам работы в Википедии и других проектах Викимедиа. А также, необходимо искать спонсоров для оказания помощи волонтерам в приобритении ноутбуков.
