Goals

Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?

Yes. The seminar and workshops were a great sucess. First day was the conference wherein faculty and students from those colleges where WEP is currently going on gave presentations and briefed about their experiences. Very good interactions were there. Faculties from other colleges were keen listners and asked interesting questions to the presenters. Second days was the hands on training workshop for those faculties from other colleges who are interested in starting the WEP in future.

• What worked well?

The conference and workshops went on very well. Presentations on the firstday was appreciated by all. Hands on training on second day for the faculties was also good.

• What did not work so well?

The particpants of the hands on training workshop of second day felt that there should have been one more day so that they could actually write article and make it live.

• What would you do differently next time?

The programs has to be of three days to make it more effective.
