Learning[edit]

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?
The team sorted the pictures as they were uploaded and did not wait until the end, this allow us to save a lot of time and not be submerged with the load of work.
The jury tool provided to us by the international team worked really well for both pre-jury and jury.
  • What did not work so well?
The creation of the website for the contest was too last minute. Upload rules were not well understood by all participants.
  • What would you do differently next time?
We would create the website and the lists more in advance.
