Proposed Participation[edit]

I am the creator of Wikimedia Labs, which is an OpenStack based infrastructure. I'm a representative for Wikimedia Foundation in the OpenStack community and am an OpenStack User Committee member. My participation will be to represent Wikimedia's interests for the direction of OpenStack and to bring back information from the Summit about the future of OpenStack services and goals.

Goal and Expected Impact[edit]

One goal I'd like to accomplish is to get the Designate DNS service into incubation so that it can be added to Canonical's OpenStack PPA. Otherwise my goals are to ensure Wikimedia's OpenStack use case is represented and considered for future direction of the software.
