Description of actual activities:
As we talked in the last section, all notebooks are benefited for the process of general operations like meetings (take minutes), design and document edition at home, special events (presentation), etc. iPod Touches are giving us more mobility during the meeting for record down short format information and browse for the presentation and meeting materials. For the printer we print our document with it.
What lessons were learned that could help others succeed in similar projects?
Some company can provide student discount, like Apple's "Back to school", you can find some students to "help" you to do so =P.
What impact did the project have on WMF mission goals of Increased Reach, Increased Quality, Increased Credibility, Increased and Diversified Participation?
We can say that this project highly reduce our constraints of mobility of work (work anywhere), we also let public to know we have sufficient funding for purchasing mobility hardware for our works, and keep Wikimedians with most-updated and work efficient image in Hong Kong.
For those notebooks has 3 years warranty which we can guarantee the mobility and working performance during this period.
