Project summary[edit]

Briefly summarize your project proposal.

Wikipedia, as a widely used source of information, relies on accurate and reliable references to maintain its credibility. The "1Lib1Ref" campaign, initiated by Wikimedia, encourages librarians and information professionals to add at least one reference to Wikipedia during a specific timeframe. The campaign aims to bridge the gap between the knowledge held by libraries and the information available on Wikipedia. Hence, the campaign is aimed at involving librarians and information professionals in Gombe Network to contribute valuable references to Wikipedia articles, thereby improving the reliability and credibility of content.
