In line with the Wiki Loves Earth annual photo campaign, this project is targeted at capturing photographic content, video and exploring the community of Esie, Kwara.Over time it has been observed that only the Esie museum that we have it pictures on Wikimedia commons, we aim to bridge that photo and video content especially for editors to be able to upload pictures of this community on Wikivoyage which is a travel guide for people, in which if we have photo representation of this places, it makes it easy for users to understand how to navigate around. Also for use on Wikipedia pages about Esie, Kwara state people understand photo and video representation of information. Having a photo to work with will really be useful for editors to upload on Wikipedia articles.

This project is focused on training new editors how to engage more on the Wikimedia sister project (Wikimedia Commons) and also build all participants on how to add photos to articles both on Wikimedia commons, Wikipedia and others.

  • User:Favourdare123: This Project aim at participating in the current Wiki Loves Earth Campaign and seeing the basic need of bringing this campaign to Esie, Kwara state, the project lead Jessephu has applied in other to contribute his quota to the goal of the global campaign. Am happy to have featured in the application, so therefore I am endorsing this Proposed impactful project.
  • User:kingaustin07: I duely endorse the project proposal as part of the team members for this project. Wiki loves Earth as an annual global campaign currently ongoing is a project that everyone should participate in.but not all existing editors are involved due to the fact that they might not be motivated to contest but having a local contest enables them to be involved actively and serve as a way of creating awareness for new contributors and editors about wikimedia foundations and it’s projects.
