Did you meet your goals? Are you glad with how the project went? I am happy with the outcome of the training organized in my community.


Please report on your original project targets. Please be sure to review and provide metrics required for Rapid Grants. The main objective of the individual engagement was to organise a training for the newly recruited editors in the university of Ibadan academic community to learn more about uploading images on the Wiki Commons. The goal was achieved in line with the main objective of the training.

Target outcome Achieved outcome Explanation
1. The target was to recruit new editors 5 5 Editors were successfully recruited and participated in the training. There were 3 new editors and 2 existing editors successfully recruited and participated at the training.
2. Increase skills for existing editors Yes! There was improvement on skills for existing editors. The existing editors had the opportunity to learn more and improve their skills in adding and improving contents on the Wiki Commons.
Add or improve content 50 Yes! 58 quality images and contents were successfully added. While, 61 total contents were improved upon by the editors. The editors were trained on adding and improving on contents on the WikiCommons. They had a practical session learning more on how to upload images and improve contents on the Wiki Commons.
