• Minna is the Capital of Niger State, this project will raise awareness about Wikipedia in the city of Minna especially higher institutions. During the project we will recruit new editors from the city because there's a lack of Wikipedia editors from Niger State.

It's a three days awareness trips and one day edit a thon which will be conducted at the Federal University Of Technology, Minna.

2. How have you let relevant Wikimedia communities know about this proposal? You may also provide information about external social media channels you may be using.

I will share in a WhatsApp Group

3. How will you let participants know about the edit-a-thon? In what ways will you be communicating with them?
For example, these can include on-wiki spaces, social media channels, mailing lists, messaging apps, or physical/online gatherings.

I will invite the participants during awareness trips and also Via Student's WhatsApp group.

4. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead/assist the event? Please provide links to the usernames of these individuals. (NOTE: all experienced Wikimedia editors MUST endorse and sign your proposal as proof of availability)

1. Awareness trip experience for two organisers and two students from the Federal University of Technology Minna as accompanied, this will cover transport and refreshments 20,000×4days=80,000
2. Hall for physical trainings - 40,000
3. Refreshments for participants during physical training - 2000×20=40,000
4. Banner and flyers - 40,000
5. T shirts for two organisers = 20,000
6. Logistics = 20,000
