The Niger Delta network is commemorating the Wiki Loves Africa campaign with an open contest and photowalk in three different locations in Ogoni , Ikwerre and Uyo areas of Rivers state and Akwa Ibom respectively.

we most likely use our WhatsApp group for communication

3. How will you let participants know about the edit-a-thon? In what ways will you be communicating with them?
For example, these can include on-wiki spaces, social media channels, mailing lists, messaging apps, or physical/online gatherings.

We would leverage on the network Whassap group and social media handles @wikinigerdeta

4. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead the event? Please provide links to the usernames of these individuals. (NOTE: all experienced Wikimedia editors MUST endorse your proposal as proof of availability)

Most of the participants have phones , we are only able to provide them with Data and Refreshments.

we engage participants post event through our whassap pages and our dedicated social media handle
