Goals[edit]

Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?

Yes, we did reach our goal for article edits, participation, and references, but we fell short of our goal for new editors . We didn't have many editors available. They had made very few adjustments, despite the fact that many of them were new, thus we did not classify them as new editors. This was brought on by the editors' timing. Our group consists primarily of academics, and some intended attendees were unable to attend due to academic obligations. They'll definitely be there when we meet again.

Outcome[edit]

Learning[edit]

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?

The training on open knowledge worked very well. The participants were attentive and followed the guidelines. Demonstrations were carried out on the training ground with questions and answers.

  • What did not work so well?

We experienced a low turnout of participants physical event due to academical activities

  • What would you do differently next time?

Try as much as possible to avoid hosting physical events in days that participants will not be able to attend due to their schedule
