I believe a Meta admin would be quite within their rights to collapse the over-personalised inquisition under a banner.It's quite challenging enough for everyone without the bloat. I expect candidates thought they'd be asked about their skills and experience. All we want is a professional forum for the sake of good WMF grantmaking, not an en.WP-style inquisition. Some of the candidates might be dreading participation here, which will compromise what should be an interface between the worldwide community, the candidates, the staff, and the board.
