  • Thank you for this reflective report. We appreciate that you share a lot about how WMNL is learning from its activities and adapting its strategies as a result of learning.
  • We also see that you are working actively with your community to understand and respond to feedback. We liked your observation about better contact with volunteers enabling more effective work. For example, thank you for sharing your thoughts about changing your strategy for the annual Wikiconference.
  • Thank you for the clear breakdown of content contributed through your programs that you provided in the table in the growth section. We see this quarter has been your best so far in terms of the amount of content created through your programs. Congratulations!
  • Thank you for the color coding system that shows your progress against goals helped us understand and visualize your progress better.
  • We are interested in your pilot project “at Wikipedia” with college translators and the strategy in working on Wiktionary. We look forward to understanding what you learn from the pilot, and whether you consider it successful.
  • We were glad to see your work continuing to progress in your thematic areas, as you continue to learn, including your partnership with NIOD and your partnership strategy in the thematic area of nature. We are eager to learn from how you work with your community to resolve the bottleneck you mentioned in your work with NIOD.
  • This was an informative report, but in future reports we’d like to hear more about your adaptation of the Training of Trainers model and the outcomes of the Hackathon too.

Thank you colleagues at WMNL for completing this report. We enjoyed learning from your experiences this quarter! KLove (WMF) (talk) 21:38, 9 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
