This request for reallocation is not approved for the following reasons:

  1. This request is not an impactful use of movement resources.
  2. It seems inappropriate to spend WMF funds on CC merchandise.

You may return the funds to WMF by wire or if you prefer you may retain them until a future grant request is approved in the region in order for you to make a local transfer as instructed by WMF .

Hello, Abbas: We never received a response from you nor did we receive the remaining funds. Are you electing to retain the funds at WMF's instruction, or are you planning to return them?
