We're happy to hear that there was such a good response from government institutions, the media, and new members, to the founding of the organization. Have you been able to establish a partnership with the Federal Monuments and Archives Agency to work on a content release project?

It is a shame that you had to spend your own money despite having adequate grant funds. Reallocation requests are typically responded to within 2 working days. In future, please feel free to ping me. If you would still like to claim reimbursement for those expenses from the remaining funds, please do so.

Dear Alex, The Federal Monuments and Archives Agency has been helping us during the start-up phase by providing venues and co-hosting WikiLovesMonuments. They were waiting for us the get founded so we could engage in a deeper relationship. Currently two of our board members - Romaine and Antoine - are working on an image release project. They would like to release several hundreds of century-old images from their archives to Commons and integrate them into Wikipedia articles. Simultaneously, we are working with them as partners to organise a conference in Brussels to unlock the multimedia heritage - i.e. teach institutions how they can safely and legally share their archives online.
