Financial report[edit]

It seems like there is some important information missing from this financial report. The projected budget is included, but I do not see the actual expenses reported. If I am missing something, please point me in the right direction. Thanks! -Wolliff (talk) 01:46, 13 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Incomplete[edit]

This form has not yet been completed, so I am moving this report to incomplete. Once the report is completed, please send us a note at grants at wikimedia dot org, and we will move it back to "Under review".

Now finished[edit]

The report has now been finished, therefore I changed now the template to "under review". Documents are being submitted right now. --Manuel Schneider(bla) (+/-) 17:16, 27 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Report accepted[edit]

Thank you for the detailed report: we appreciate that you really delved into some of the lessons learned in detail. I hope others organizing future events (as well as next year's conference organizers) will benefit from some of these lessons.

We did notice that while you exceeded the number of expected participants you did not collected the expected amount in participation fees: would you be able to provide us with an explanation for that?

Thanks! Wolliff (talk) 18:14, 3 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Because Manuel will not have the opportunity to answer here during the next days, he told me to answer your question. The assumption, that everybody of the more than 200 participants would have to pay the same fee, was wrong. Everybody who provided papers and input as a speaker or leader of a workshop was exempt from that fee. The same was with participants who got accredited as press. --Beppo.S (WMAT) (talk) 18:25, 4 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
In addition there have been some attendees who paid only half the price, as they did not attend the whole weekend. --Claudia.Garad (talk) 09:16, 5 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
