Thank you for the report and a few questions[edit]

Thank you for linking to the notes for this operational planning meeting since this is a good description of the activities related to his grant; however, since this project was at least half executed, we would also like you to comment specifically on the following:

  • Success of this project in relation to the goal stated in the project proposal:
  • Lessons learned: Specifically, did the chapter learn anything about how to more effectively conduct future grants of this type? Please summarize that here.
  • Impact: Rather than "N/A" it would be more appropriate to state directly that you do not believe this project had any impact, OR to give a brief statement of impact such as, "This grant enabled the Board of WMAU to (do something) which may have a positive effect on (something related to the movement's work)." It's not important that your relate these directly to the mission goals specifically stated here.

We understand that the project was executed several years ago, which makes answering questions like this a lot more difficult. Brief and general answers are sufficient at this stage. Wolliff (talk) 17:41, 3 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
