Documentation of expenses

The WMF Grants Program currently has no record of requesting or receiving documents for this grant, although we acknowledge that these receipts may have been sent. At this time, WMF only required grantees to keep receipts on file and to produce receipts when requested (although it is now our standard practice to request receipts from all grantees).
