Lessons learned and mission goals[edit]

Thank you for this report.

Would you be able to address the following questions for this segment of your project in your report?

What lessons were learned that could help others succeed in similar projects?
What impact did the project have on WMF mission goals of Increased Reach, Increased Quality, Increased Credibility, Increased and Diversified Participation?

I do realize that some of the descriptions of project activities in the report to contain information related to the above questions, but it would be best to have them answered directly in a consolidated section that covers all projects and also incorporates general observations related to the management and success of this grant.

The reason that there's no consolidated impact/lessons learned section is that P&O covers very diverse projects, and so the section would either mosty repeat the per-project information, or present them without the context of what the specific activity was about. However, I suppose that for many readers of this report, it might be useful to have some kind of "executive summary" that will give them a high-level overview of the impact and what we've learned. Exactly: we would like that information to be easily accessible to anyone interested in learning about your project. You can include general observations along with a few specific examples from projects that would be particularly useful in demonstrating what you've learned and how you've assessed the impact of the project overall.
