As a Wikidata administrator, I am concerned that WMF funds be used to support projects and not to harm them. As this proposal involves significant contribution to Wikidata, I have therefore assessed this user's history as a Wikidata editor.
Endorsed Michel Bakni: They have a significant history of contribution at Wikidata. Items they create usually have some indication of notability. They have received feedback on a number of issues and appear appropriately responsive. They have a clean block log. A number of their contributions have been deleted, many because the corresponding article was deleted at the Arabic Wikipedia. They have made a significant number of contributions outside of the main namespace.
