SCI has a very nice record track of work with Wikimedia projects. They work on topics that are in line with the movement strategy (such as climate change, minorities' rights, justice). They involve participants that are difficult to reach out to in other contexts, such as refugees. After several years of organizing successful camps, the organizers need a time for research to develop the project even further, by reflecting on sustained engagement that they cannot do while organizing and giving the camps. Wikimedia CH fully endorses their grant request.
