Hi Anass_Sedrati. Thanks for this request and your efforts to engage more people from the community in Morocco. We are happy to support the activities, but have a couple of questions:

  1. We have seen that single session editathons don't typically work well to engage new editors. However, having a strong follow-up plan can improve these statistics. We recommend thinking more about how to follow-up with participants and what capacity you have to mentor new editors that have questions after the event. Can you gather their emails? Can you add them to a Facebook group?
  2. Please provide specific numbers for your measures of success. For example, how many people do you expect at the event? How many do you hope will continue to edit after the event?
