Report Reviewed and Accepted[edit]

Dear @Araisyohei,

Congratulations on the successful implementation of your grant. This project took place during COVID-19 where many restrictions were in place. We recognise the difficulty of moving from an off-line to online event and are excited to hear that you have achieved and exceeded your target outcomes.

Thank you for putting together the report and also for adding the segment on report posts and enquiry into Japanese Literature that further documents your project progress and how your work has also been quoted in other literature. The Diff link may be broken, could you help to fix that?

This may be of interest. There is a similar project led by Lisa Maule to increase content and improve the quality of performing arts information from Aotearoa New Zealand on Wikipedia, Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons. The focus was to ensure good representation of women, Māori and Pacific Island artists and projects. Here's the link to the project. If you're interested to get connected to share learnings on encouraging participating, planning, workflow and documentation of the project, I'll be happy to connect you both. Let me know?

Separately, about the remaining funds of ¥46,213 from this project, you can choose to return unused funds to WMF or deduct unused funds from a future disbursement to the grantee. Which would you prefer?

Thank you.
