Hi StowellLaura4. Thank you for this grant request and all your efforts to plan the events. We appreciate the thought put into organizing the events, especially the presession workshops and partnership with Cascadian Wikimedians. We do not typically fund speaker costs or honorariums, but understand the unique need to invite QTPOC artists to enhance the editathons. Their expertise as well as potential partnership will add a lot of value to the events and we are happy to support their participation. If possible, it is a good idea to ask participants in advance if they will need child care. It wonderful to provide this option, but there have been numerous times in the past where child care has been booked and then not used. We look forward to hearing about the events.
