Hello, Maffeth Opiana; thank you for your submission for this second edition of WLE in the Philippines and for all the work you do for the Wiki movement. We are approving this grant. I am including the comments we left on your WLE 2018 report to consider in the execution of this edition:

  1. You had a lot of outreach activities! In the future, how can you be more strategic about how you spend your efforts? Should you, for example, target photography or nature groups for WLE?
  2. You mentioned that Biplab helped you with tools and selection criteria to decide on winners. What will you do going forward to continue developing criteria that work well in the Philippines?
  3. You mentioned that two categories were being used -- is there a way to avoid this in the future?
  4. What strategic collaborations can you start for the next edition?

In your financial reporting spreadsheet, please consider including file names for each receipt so that matching can be easier.
