Hi, Nilamkarn, thank you for reapplying! We have received a high volume of applications, which may delay our review. We appreciate your patience and will respond as quickly as possible. In the meantime, I have a few questions:

  1. When are you planning for the events to take place? Please keep in mind that given our backlog of grant applications to review and our payment schedule, it will not be possible for us to get grant funds to you by 15 February if you are awarded a grant.
  2. Could you please edit the proposal to add the usernames of the experienced editors who will be participating in the event?
  3. Are any of those editors or other event organizers women?
  4. Please note that we consider t-shirts to be a high-cost, low-impact item and, therefore, ask that grantees either remove them from their proposals or request them in very limited amounts, as prizes in contests or for event organizers. Could you please edit your proposal to either remove the t-shirts or limit their number? If you choose to limit them, please list the number you are requesting.

Hi, Nilamkarn, thank you for the quick response! Just one thing to follow up on: 25 t-shirts is more than we can support. Could you reduce the number to 5, and give them only to event organizers?
