Hello African Hope this is a phenomenal report you've put together. It's quite thorough! There are so many great points in these project but I wanted to mention a couple of highlights for me:

  • The amount of time you've spent setting up this event is amazing. I see that you've done a great job communicating with the developer community, reminding them of their attendance and also vetting their expertise before they attended. It's really great work.
  • I also enjoyed looking through your documentation whether it's post event youtube video to maintain engagement or photos on commons from the event. Thank you for planning for notetakers and bloggers so that the experience can be shared with the larger community.

Lastly, sorry to hear about Derrick's visa situation but glad to see you made the best of it and you were able to work with him over google hangout. Thank you again for putting this exemplary report together and I have accepted your final report as well as your expense documentation.
