Hello Bodhisattwa thank you for submitting this grant request. This is a really interesting awareness project for Bengali Wikisource. It's great to see that you're working with professional film crew and a radio personality to aid with the success of your project. I am approving your grant request. - How did you determine an impact of 25% increase for new editors and siteviews?
- Can you elaborate more on how you plan to achieve 10,000 views on youtube?

- Hi @WJifar (WMF):, thanks for funding the project.
- For new active users, we will track this page, and also this page to find if they are converted to active users. We will get the siteviews statistics from this tool.
- We will request WMF to upload the video to their official Youtube channel. We will promote the Youtube link via different Wikimedia affiliate and community social media pages and groups, for which we have already allotted some portion of the budget. -- Bodhisattwa (talk) 15:33, 10 April 2018 (UTC)
- @Bodhisattwa: Just a quick reminder, as I have mentioned to you in other channels, that whatever portions of the Wikisource interface you use in this video and whatever resources on bnwikisource this video directs people to (whether help pages, guides, or otherwise) should be translated completely before they are used. @WJifar (WMF): I say this because there's still a great deal of documentation pulled from enwikisource that has been left alone for a while.) We are in a very primary stage of discussion with the crew right now but most likely, the video will direct the viewers to some book(s) and not on any help pages as we intend to increase the viewership and general awareness of the site first. Request for extension of deadline[edit]
Hi, as we are facing some unavoidable delay to arrange funds, it has been difficult to take care of logistics for this project in due time.
