Hello BamLifa thank you for your efforts in reaching offline participants. We understand the importance of trying to disseminate offline information but this project is not scalable. Therefore, we will not be funding this request. In the coming year we will develop guidelines on what would make sense to fund or not fund in offline activities through rapid grants. Hopefully, that will give potential grantees, like yourself, clarity on what you can and cannot apply for through our program. Looking forward to partnering with you on other projects.
