- It would be helpful for your project to have a list of articles you would like to improve or create so that participants have a go to library ahead of the event.
- What is your back-up plan if participants do not have their own computers when they arrive at the event?
- You have listed accommodations and travel but it's unclear who this is for. Is it for the three editors that are listed? Where are they starting from?

- 1. I have an available list from the Wiki Loves Women project; I gather the sources for the training.
- 2. Participants are informed that they must come with their computer
- 3. Regarding accommodations and travel:
- - Georges: Travel: Douala - Yaounde - Douala : Bus: 12 000 F + Taxi : 20 000 F
Accommodation: 75,000 F (25,000 x 3)
- - Mac Viban who stays in Yaoundé: Taxi : 20 000 F
- - Minette who stays in Douala: Taxi : 20 000 F
- - Telephone: 5,000 x 3 persons = 15,000 F
- - Breakfast and dinner (3 days) : 15 000 F
