Hello, A1; thank you for submitting this grant request. Unfortunately, it does not align with the projects funded by WMF. This project and most of its budget revolve around a vocal contest; WMF supports contests that are directly tied to contribution to Wiki projects. Wiki Loves Earth, Wiki Loves Monuments, Wiki Loves Africa, etc, all give prizes to Wiki contributors for their edits and uploads to Wikimedia Commons; prizes are not given to the creators of the heritage portrayed in photographic submissions to these contests.
