Thank you for this thoughtful report; it is accepted! In particular, we appreciated that you linked to the documentation from the conference and to explanations of your work so that others interested in your participation may understand your work better and so that we could better understand the impact of your participation. In addition, we would like to congratulate you for adding details about the activities of the participants who uploaded photos during and after the workshop.
We thought some of your observations about lessons learned were insightful and also note that other volunteers have encountered similar challenges when doing similar activities; for example, we know it can be very difficult to coordinate successful remote participation and to introduce a new group to Wikimedia Commons in such a short amount of time. We also congratulate you on the successful aspects of your workshop, and your ability to engage a group of technically qualified users.
