Review of proposal by Wikidata administrator[edit]

@Crown2022

In answer to the question "How have you let relevant Wikimedia communities know about this proposal?" you said "I have informed my community about my proposal https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Wikimedia_UG_Nigeria/Anambra_Network". This is not a sufficient answer. The relevant communities for this proposal are Wikidata and Commons. You can let them know about your proposal by posting on d:Wikidata:Project_chat and c:Commons:Village_pump.

In answer to the question "Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead the event?" you said "I would be assisted by User:Timzy D'Great and User:Akwugo". I have performed a quick review of the Wikidata experience of these three editors.

  • Neutral Neutral Crown2022: They have only 299 edits on Wikidata, but most of their item creations give some indication of notability. They have few deleted contributions and a clean block log. They have also contributed in the Lexeme namespace. They have received no feedback and have not engaged with the community.
  • Neutral Neutral Timzy D'Great: They have over 3,000 contributions to Wikidata, but very few item creations. Most of their contributions seem to be linking articles between client projects and modifying descriptions. Some of their created items contain no claims whatsoever. They have few deleted contibutions and a clean block log. They have received one piece of feedback and did not respond. Despite their high edit count, they do not appear to be engaged with the Wikidata community or have a wide breadth of experience.
  • Endorsed Endorsed Akwugo: They have over 5,000 contributions to Wikidata. They have created a significant number of items, most of which have some indication of notability. They have a significant number of deleted contributions, mostly for items that lacked notability. They have a clean block log. They have received a significant amount of feedback and appear to respond appropriately, and they also show some engagement with the community.
