Dear Sylvesterchukwu04
The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:
- We suggest you make this a one day physical event and one day online event to reduce cost
- Reduce participants to 20
- The cost for hall should not be more than 30,000 NGN
- T-shirts for facilitators are not necessary and should be removed
- Souvenirs should be removed as this can not be funded
- Amount for prizes should not exceed 30,000 NGN and proof of this expense MUST be included in your report with photographs
- Contigencies cost should be reduced to 10,000 NGN
- Since this is a one day event, the airtime for communication, data and transport support would be halved
- PLEASE NOTE THAT A RECEIPT OF THE HALL PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED AS PART OF YOUR REPORT
