The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• Your co-facilitator also has a project within the time frame. If he/she would be available to assist you, he/she must endorse your project stating their availability and involvement
• Reduce the participants to 15
• Refreshment for photowalk/photo documentary - 1,000 NGN (17 participants)
• Refreshment for upload session - 2,000 NGN (17 participants)
• Data of 1,500 NGN will be made available for the 15 participants. No router subscription due to ip blocks
• Data cost of 5,000 NGN for the two facilitators
• Only 5 branded t-shirts will be funded
• Hall cost should be reduced to 30,000 NGN.
• Bus booking is limited to 70,000 NGN.
• Logistics should be reduced to 10,000 NGN
• Food cost should be reduced to 2,000 NGN.
• RECEIPT FOR HALL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AVAILABLE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL AFFECT THE APPROVAL OF FUTURE PROJECTS

Thank you so much to you and your team for reconsidering to fund my project.

concerning the request you made on my project.

I want to ensure you and your team grasp the current fuel price situation in Nigeria. The long distances between our destinations compound the issue significantly.

Our itinerary covers crucial Monuments scattered at a long distance from each other, adding complexity to our movement about from one point to another considering how wide Abuja is. Given this, I firmly emphasize maintaining the transportation cost at a minimum of NGN90,000 to tackle these challenges effectively.

Regarding the hall fee, I must clarify that reducing it to ₦30,000 isn't feasible. The hall is fixed at ₦70,000 for our intended duration. Be sure I'll swiftly provide documentation for hall payment and other proofs where needed.

I await your response. Your understanding and consideration are vital for the success of our planned endeavors.
