Explain your plan

I am board member of Wikimedia Ukraine. My plan is to increase my input to our chapter and wikiprojects. I am usually using my desktop at home and mobile devices to edit wikiprojects, howevere, there are some restrictions due to that (for example, a mobile device bugs, like in this application form). Having a laptop would increase my capability of editing projects when visiting conferences and events (i visited Wikimedia conference in Berlin this year and also Wikiconference in Ukraine previous year). I am mainly active in uk-language wikiprojects (Ukrainian Wikipedia, Wikivoyage, Wikinews etc) but also sometimes I edit en-wiki projects. Besides that, photoshooting is one of my hobbies and I've already uploaded 1000+ photos to Commons, making photo specially for Wikimedia at different interesting events. In WMUA board I am responsible for community support. Edit-a-thons are simply way to bring help to newbies in Wikipedia, and having laptop would significantly help me to organize them. So my plan in case of obtaining laptop is to:

1. increase total amount of kb added by me to wikiprojects by increasing flexibility and capability of editing them from different places.
2. increase my input to wiki-movement by having more possibility to take part in managing and organising WMUA project.
3. increase my input to Commons by speed-up processing of large amount of valuable photos, made specially for Wikipedia under CC license.
