Explain your plan[edit]

Tell us about how you contribute currently, and how you would contribute if WMF were to gift a used laptop to you.

I am volunteer and have been engaged in various wikimedia project for the user group in Ghana or an active community member for Open Foundation West Africa (OFWA),I also engage in personal wiki project which includes awareness creation, capacity building and content development through article creation and edits.

I am currently having a challenge with my laptop which I have used over three years. My laptop always freezes and I have tried fixing the problem but the problem continue to persist which has affected the speed to which I create articles,make edits or contributions to various projects. Giving me a laptop would enable me do more edits on various project and also continue with capacity building and training of new and old members in the community and beyond. Doing this would enable us to meet our strategic direction of 2030 thus knowledge through service and equity.
