Explain your plan[edit]
Tell us about how you contribute currently, and how you would contribute if WMF were to gift a used laptop to you. I am a student of St. Petersburg University. In my spare time, I write articles on Wikipedia. I don't make any money myself yet. I'm mostly on the Russian wikipedia, so I write in Bashkir and Tatar. I am actively involved in the activities of Wikimedia RU.
