Introduction[edit]
Istanbul Medipol University Wikipedia Student Club' (Medipolwiki or Medipol Wikipedia Student Club; Turkish: İstanbul Medipol Üniversitesi Vikipedi Öğrenci Kulübü) is a student club founded at Kavacık Campus of İstanbul Medipol University in Türkiye.
The main goals of the club are to increase awareness of Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, provide opportunities for students to enhance their critical thinking, learn how to use sources, enhance the writing, and research skills, and encourage collaboration within the university community by improving the quality of university resources.
Established in January 2024, the club officially commenced its activities.
